2. What APR means
The Annual Percentage Rate (“APR”) is the annualized cost of credit. It may include interest and certain fees required to be disclosed under applicable law. A lower APR generally means a lower cost of borrowing for a given amount and term; a higher APR means a higher cost.
The 5.99% to 35.99% range describes products that lenders in the Accelerated network may offer. The APR shown on any specific offer is determined solely by that lender, based on factors that may include your credit profile, income, requested amount, selected term, underwriting standards, and state law.
3. Representative example
For illustration only — this is not an offer and does not predict the terms you may receive:
- Cash advance amount: $250
- APR: 35.99% (fixed)
- Term: 3 months
- Estimated payment: about 3 monthly payments of $88
- Estimated total repayment: approximately $265
Your actual rate, payment amount, number of payments, and total cost depend on the lender’s underwriting decision and your individual financial profile. Always review the lender’s disclosures before you accept an offer.
4. Who sets the rate
Offers come from lenders, not Accelerated. We do not control lender decisions, rates, amounts, terms, or fees. When you accept an offer, you create a contractual relationship with that lender under the lender’s own agreement and disclosures.
Before you accept, the lender is responsible for presenting the final APR, payment schedule, and any applicable fees. Accelerated does not originate loans, fund cash advances, or service repayments.
5. Fees and other costs
Lenders may charge fees in addition to interest — for example origination fees, late-payment fees, or returned-payment fees — where permitted by law. Any such fees will be disclosed by the lender before you accept. Accelerated does not charge you a fee to use the marketplace to compare offers.
6. Eligibility and state availability
Users must be at least 18 (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi), U.S. residents, and must provide accurate information. Lenders may impose additional criteria.
The service is not available in all states. Maximum APRs, loan amounts, and terms may be limited by state law. Not all applicants qualify for an offer, and not every offer will fall at every point within the published ranges.
7. No guarantee
A request through Accelerated is not a credit application and does not guarantee an offer, approval, or specific terms. Submitting a request does not obligate you to accept any offer.
