These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Accelerated mobile application (the “App”), operated by Accelerated Self Loans LLC (“Accelerated,” “we,” or “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Accelerated is a marketplace that connects consumers with lenders in our network. We are not a lender, do not make credit decisions, and do not broker credit. We do not control the lending decisions, rates, amounts, repayment terms, or any fees a lender may offer.
Loan amounts start from $200 and go up to $500 for first-time requests, with larger amounts available to returning borrowers up to $5,000. Repayment terms range from 2 to 24 months. The annual percentage rate (APR) on a cash advance through Accelerated ranges from 5.99% to 35.99%. As a representative example, a $250 cash advance with a 35.99% APR repaid over 3 months would result in roughly 3 monthly payments of about $88, for a total repayment of approximately $265.
Submitting a request is not a credit application and does not guarantee that you will receive an offer, be approved, or receive specific terms. Not all applicants qualify for the lowest rate or the largest amount.
To use the App you must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi), a U.S. resident, and provide accurate information. Additional eligibility criteria may be set by individual lenders.
Any offer you receive comes from a lender, not from Accelerated. If you accept an offer, your relationship and agreement are with that lender under its own terms. Review the lender’s disclosures carefully before accepting.
The service is not available in all states. Residents of certain states may not be eligible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accelerated’s liability for any claim arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us to use it. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any lender or for any offer, loan, rate, or term presented by a lender.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
