1. Why we need consent
You are submitting a request through Accelerated to be connected with lenders offering short-term personal loans and cash advances. The service is provided online through the Accelerated app and related website. To deliver disclosures, notices, and agreements electronically — and to accept electronic signatures — we need your informed consent under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and applicable state law.
If you do not want to receive disclosures electronically or do not agree to electronic signatures, do not submit a request through the app.
2. What you consent to
By using the Accelerated app or continuing with a request, you acknowledge that you have received this notice and consent to:
- Using electronic signatures in place of handwritten (“wet ink”) signatures
- Creating, storing, and relying on electronic records and contract documents
- Receiving disclosures, notices, and communications related to your request in electronic form (including in-app notices and email)
- Treating your affirmative action in the app (for example tapping continue, agree, or submit) as your electronic signature where applicable
Your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under E-SIGN and applicable state law.
3. Scope of consent
This consent applies to your relationship with Accelerated in connection with the marketplace service, including:
- The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
- This Electronic Consent and related notices (including APR and important-information disclosures presented in the app)
- Communications about your request status and account
- Records of your consents and submissions
It does not replace any separate electronic-consent agreement you may enter into with a lender after you choose to proceed with that lender.
4. Hardware and software requirements
To access and retain electronic records, you need:
- A computer, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection
- A current web browser or the Accelerated mobile app
- A valid email address that you can access
- Software capable of viewing and retaining electronic documents, including PDF files where provided
- Sufficient storage space to download or save copies of disclosures if you choose to retain them
By continuing, you confirm that you can access documents in this form. If your hardware or software changes and you can no longer access electronic records, contact us promptly.
5. Paper copies
You may request a paper copy of an electronic disclosure we have provided by emailing support@acceleratedselfloans.com. Describe which document you need and the email address associated with your account. We will provide a copy at no charge within a reasonable time.
Requesting a paper copy does not automatically withdraw your consent to receive future disclosures electronically.
6. Withdrawing consent
Consent associated with a request you have already submitted is generally tied to that request and cannot be withdrawn after submission in a way that unwinds the request itself. Prior electronic records and signatures remain valid and enforceable.
You may withdraw consent for future electronic communications from Accelerated by contacting us at support@acceleratedselfloans.com. Withdrawing consent may prevent you from using parts or all of the service, because the marketplace operates electronically. Even after withdrawal, we may still send communications that are legally required.
7. Email address and updates
You agree that the email address you provide is a valid address for receiving electronic communications. Keep it current. Update it in the app Account settings or by emailing support@acceleratedselfloans.com.
You are responsible for ensuring you can receive messages at that address (including checking spam or junk folders). Failure to maintain a working email address may delay important notices.
8. Lender electronic consent
If you continue with a lender, that lender may require its own electronic consent, disclosures, and signatures. Those terms are between you and the lender. To withdraw consent with a lender, or to request paper copies of lender documents, contact that lender directly.
Accelerated does not control lender documents, funding, or repayment communications.
